confusing and clunky

Too many un needed options - pressing record button brings up a window that records you from the microphone - NOT the song that is already playing.
No way to start and stop the scrolling bar to pick which part you want - the buttons do nothing. Support option takes you to a website that has no support for this program much less directions or a manual.
The third time I tried support I got a 404 error.
Deleted it.
